Thank you for your interest in Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals and Circeo Properties, LLC. Our management will review your request and respond within 24 hours. DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS: A $300 reservation/damage deposit fee is due within 24 hours of your reservation. The total is due 45 days prior to your check in date. PAYMENT TERMS: Credit Cards, Electronic Funds or Electronic Checks are accepted. There is a $50 charge for all returned checks plus the cost of collection. Log on to your itinerary to make payments, view the rental agreement and make rental car reservations. To enter your address when making a payment, CLICK MAKE PAYMENT AND UN-CHECK THE BOX NEXT TO "Name and address on credt card is same as in guest information." For Electronic Checks, please go to http://www.shoredreams.net/electroniccheckpayment.html and follow the instructions. The credit card fee will be removed if you pay the reservation and balance by Electronic Checks. CANCELLATION: There is a $200.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation notification received more than 45 days prior to occupancy. There are no refunds if the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing or by email to reservations@shoredreams.net. RATES: Rates, terms and applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals reserves the right to move Guest up to 30 days in advance to a comparable property or refund the Guest the amount paid.
